Hi again Joanne,
So they actually arrived on Monday, which was crazy fast! I just haven't had a chance to look at them yet because I mailed them to my parent's address. But I wanted to let you know that they arrived. I'm so excited to show them off at my wedding.

Many
thanks again for providing WUN cutlery for our event. In keeping our
recent Ocean Forum "green", we asked people to bring their own
dishes, cutlery, etc. from home for the Seafood dinner, but we
anticipated many people would be from out of town, or wouldn't have
time to go home and grab stuff between the forum and the dinner. The WUN
cutlery is a spectacular option to have on hand at our many gatherings
here on Haida Gwaii. Love it, love it. Haaw'a - thank you to Aspenware for
making it.
The
whole event went off with a fabulous bang, I'm thrilled to say!

The forks were a great
hit and I passed on the name to many people asking. We used them for the cake at
the launch of our Gen E renewable energy school program. Thanks for making such
a wonderful product. It is great to support Canadian
companies.

I just wanted to send you a word of encouragement after having seen your
product presented on the CBC's Dragron's Den.
I am crazy for this product and will make a point of buying this and also
telling all of my friends.
This is the kind of product that everyone should have in the glove compartment
of their car or an obscure corner of a kitchen drawer for when guests arrive
and something quick and disposable is required.
I wish you the best of luck.

Hello, we opened an old fashioned ice cream shop last spring in a historic
railway building in the Northwestern
BC community of Terrace. Part of our
business model was to be a low litter business. As a result we have no
disposable containers. The only potential litter that left our business
were napkins which were biodegradable. We saw your business profiled in
the Vancouver
Sun and thought it might be a neat way to provide our customers with a
functional souvenir of their visit to our unique shop while maintaining our
belief in reducing our footprint on the environment. We contact your
staff and you were very accommodating even able to put our business name on the
handle of our order of spoons. We used the Aspenware spoons for people to
sample our ice cream and then let them keep the spoon with a quick story about
how they are made using salvaged wood and a steam process. The response
was wonderful. People loved the spoons, and they fit in so nicely with an
old fashioned ice cream / soda shop theme. Your spoons helped treat the
mouths of people from Florida,
to Texas,
to Germany
and Argentina.
Thanks for a great product
that is made in BC! Chris Arnold Owner, Chill
